I left another vet practice in Crawley as their service for ordering specialist food was awful luckily I did as it turns out my cat George had been misdiagnosed as having kidney disease when in fact he's never actually had this. 2 and a half years he's been on a renal food diet costing me a fortune. I've got 3 cats and they are all treated like vip's at windmill vets (David Clare) by Liz and the team. The staff are all so lovely and genuinely care for my fur babies. Highly recommend anyone to get their pets treated here

Worst experience ever.Minus five stars would rate if possible for sure.Was so humiliated and got told to give my pet away to someone else because I did not go for their offer to do my pets dental treatment for 600 pounds. Which was done elsewhere for 250.Since that, i never go there again. I think her name is Liz.Very long eye lashes as far as I remember.Shame on you.

Whilst Mr. Ferguson and especially Moira were very good, the practice then was pretty old-fashioned, although I have to say we liked it! (Moira, especially was lovely with our dog.) Now there has been a complete transformation, and Liz and her team are excellent. Liz, although still young, comes with knowledge and experience, and doesn''t hesitate to consult colleagues if she is unsure about something.
We and our dogs are really happy with this practice!

I cant thank Liz and her team enough for the amazing care given to my Saluki. Illy badly cut her neck and shoulder on barb wire, this resulted in a large amount of stiches and took a month to heal. Illy being an incredibly nervous girl coped well with going back for her dressing changes, which was down to the gentle and compassionate care she received. I cant recommend this practice more highly.

I left another vet practice in Crawley as their service for ordering specialist food was awful luckily I did as it turns out my cat George had been misdiagnosed as having kidney disease when in fact he's never actually had this. 2 and a half years he's been on a renal food diet costing me a fortune. I've got 3 cats and they are all treated like vip's at windmill vets (David Clare) by Liz and the team. The staff are all so lovely and genuinely care for my fur babies.
