Very disappointed about lack of compassion and care from this practice I was referred to this practice by my vet I was very upset about the way our loved pug beau was treated before and following his surgery Beau was much loved family pet who developed difficulty in walking Beau was operated at this practice,operation was unsuccessful and beau was incontinent and paralysed Beau required 24 hour care over following 10 months beau died 10 months on 4 April Following operation we had no further contact at all No discussion about his progress no care or compassion was shown nothing except demand for extra money Beau had a excellent insurance poilicy At no time did this practice inform us of the cost of the operation or the likely complications or additional costs As we were all upset we disregarded this vital situation we trusted the local vet to act with professionalism and compassion After the operation we had no further indication that the bills were not going to be covered by insurance company We never received a Copy of the bill sent to the insurance nor detailed breakdown of the costs The insurance company did not pay the total amount We were concerned at size of the bill and asked to refer matter both the care or lack of compassion And excessive bill We asked for mediation with veterinarian mediation services to discuss lack of care and compassion and excessive charges, as both fair reasonable approach to this matter The practice having received thousands and thousands of pounds from insurance company Rushed to the courts to claim the remainder This is reflection of their ethos lack of care and compassion and any discussion about care or lack of it rush to the court This dealings express a total lack of professional behaviour Instead they threatened with tha bailiffs and dragged before the Brighton county court I post this review to warn others of our horrific experience Read Less

I had a wonderful experience with this excellent practice. They treated my dog's leg which had been very badly damaged following a car accident. His treatment was comprehensive, professional and the staff were unfailingly kind. Despite the trauma of his injury, he was always happy to return to the practice for checkups, a clear sign of the warmth of the staff. Thanks to the great work of the team, he is walking strongly now, and strengthening all the time. The treatment was very fairly priced for the scale of the specialist work involved and i was very grateful to the whole team for all their very hard work. Read Less
