Only went for a blood test and refused to do this with my dog on the table so ended up crouched on the floor causing my poorly senior dog great distress so it was not done but still charged. Then told my dog was suffering from life threatening illness and needed urgent scans meds and sent off to two of their other surgeries in the big vet chain. One said he needed an operation or I should destroy him. I was even sent an email saying if I did not do further tests I should destroy him. How callous is that. When I refused to do the operation or destroy him it turned out they had made a big mistake and he did not need this . No apology given, Do not waste your time complaining as it is only looked at by their own company. My advice is avoid this vet chain if you love your pet. Read Less

Couldn't be more satisfied. The vet Mr Lopez has been most kind, professional and compassionate. Sadly the prognosis for my cat was very poor and she had to be put to sleep. Nurse and vet dealt with her in a dignified and unhurried manner, and were kind and understanding to us. Thank you. Read Less
