Well! What a lovely surprise! After a traumatic move from Hereford to East Molesey and finally getting our selves more or less sorted, my thoughts turned to finding a new Vetinary Practise. After being with our Vets in Hereford for a long time i was not looking forward to the change, although I needed to take our Akita Kato to a Vet as he was unwell and so i called Molesey Vetinary Centre and spoke to Mandy who was lovely and so helpful. I made an appointment and hoped Mandy was a good omen for the rest of the practice...well she was! When we went for Katos appointment we walked through the doors to find a lovely light and airy reception area and waiting room. We spoke to Karen, Liz and Mandy who were all pleasant and very friendly also not forgetting Izzy and then Kato went through to a vet by the name of Alfie who again was so friendly and extremely kind.He listened to what i had to say regarding a reoccurring problem of Katos and then went through what he thought would be the best route to go down.When i asked if we could perhaps not go down an invasive route for six months Alfie agreed and went down the route of a longer course of antibiotics. I could not be happier! To be listened too and not pushed into something that you would rather not do was fantastic and should this way not work out, then i will be more than happy for Alfie to take a different course of action! Most peoples animals mean a great deal to them and my husband and i are ecstatic to have found such a lovely practice, our thanks to you all for making us feel as though we had been with you for years as opposed to minutes!!!

IF YOU WANT YOUR DOG, CAT OR HOUSE PET SAFE AND PAIN FREE, DO NOT TAKE THEM TO THIS HOSPITAL. Our family has a hilarious and lively husky malamute mix named Kody who got extremely sick last year with Addison's disease, a condition where stress hormones can't be produced naturally. It was right after our chocolate Labrador, Stanley, passed away. The grief sent Kody into an Addison's attack and we rushed him into this vet, but we didn't know what was wrong with him at the time. The staff told us they would take care of him and come to a final diagnosis overnight. When we came to see him the next morning, we were terrified to find him in a small, closed off room laying down with his own urine and vomit all over himself. The room had no AC and as a result was boiling, making the whole scenario even worse as Kody is covered from head to toe in thick fur. The only medication he had was an IV drip. When we asked the nurse who was supposed to be attending Kody why she let him be in such a state, she told us she was scared of him as he growled at her a few hours ago. Not bite or attack, but growl. The doctor then told us they thought he had kidney failure which would most likely be fatal. Freaked out, we rushed him to the RVC emergency vet where they took him in and treated him immediately. They quickly came to the conclusion that he had Addison's disease and did a fantastic job to save his life. We never want our dogs here again.

Have been with this practice for over 15 years now, its is beyond excellent, all the staff are very caring and wonderful, and they all stick around which is a good sign. I have more or less seen the same Vet at each visit over all these years with only a couple of additions during this time, and they have been brilliant to. They all have the ability to work as a great team with a very low turnover of staff which leads to happiness all round and a consistent level of high quality. Also it's always very clean and presentable.

The vets and staff here are just so friendly. Having a bird isn't an easy pet as most vets either don't know much about them, or won't even see them. Avian specialists are few and far between and can get very pricey. But the vets here (I've spoken to three different ones regarding my bird!) have just been amazing. They've fitted me in on short notice, talked me through the best steps to take, and Darren especially gives great advice about birds and what is best for them. You can tell they all really care about your pets here and I will be using them as my go-to vet from now on!

Amazing service as they saw my cat immediately on a Sunday and were so helpful and nice but also did everything they could to minimise the price. I'm very lucky to have it ten minutes down the road.

I have been with Molesey Veterinary Centre for many years now, having had five Cavalier King Charles Spaniels over the years and have always valued Molesey Vet centre's experience. Heather, Jessie, Wendy and Dolly are a great help and everyone always does their best, not just for the animals, but for their owners too, as when your pet is unwell, it is a very distressing time (not forgetting Daren too).

The whole team look after you and your pets needs from the moment you walk in. I have used this veterinarian practice for a few years now having moved on from another local practice after some twenty years as a customer and just wish I had moved a lot earlier. Our dogs are treated with care and compassion at all times.

You couldn't find a better practice. They are flexible, helpful and seem to genuinely care about what they do and how they do it. I wouldn't take my cats anywhere else.

Well! What a lovely surprise! After a traumatic move from Hereford to East Molesey and finally getting our selves more or less sorted, my thoughts turned to finding a new Vetinary Practise. Have been with this practice for over 15 years now, its is beyond excellent, all the staff are very caring and wonderful, and they all stick around which is a good sign. The vets and staff here are just so friendly. Having a bird isn't an easy pet as most vets either don't know much about them, or won't even see them. Avian specialists are few and far between and can get very pricey. But the vets here (I've spoken to three different ones regarding my bird!) have just been amazing. They've fitted me in on short notice, talked me through the best steps to take, and Darren especially gives great advice about birds and what is best for them. You can tell they all really care about your pets here and I will be using them as my go-to vet from now on!
