Lizz at Wingrave recently treated our much loved cat Leo who had developed Diabetes and was very poorly. Unfortunately Leo was so poorly that he couldnt be saved and we had to make the decision to put him to sleep. Lizz went above and beyond to help him and I couldn’t of asked more of them at Wingrave . I Highly recommend them and will keep taking my other cat Smudge there as I know he will be so looked after.

The service is good and I have been with this vets for around a year (hence 2 start and not 1). But I am just leaving a note today to say that when asking for advice I was met with laughter and attitude from one of the vets - who was implying that I was stupid, and although I got the advice I asked for I left feeling rather unfairly embarrassed.

Only been here once personally but our dog has been going here for a few years. Appointment times are good and they will get you an appointment very quickly and to suit your time schedule however I felt that the service wasn't very personalised.. you're taking your family in essence to see someone for either treatment or just a general check- I felt uncomfortable in the waiting room people looking at us as our dog was clearly unsettled (not uncommon - having worked in a veterinary surgery before myself) i can only comment on the one experience like I said however the visit before last when our boy was in for his routine check, the vet was clearly very afraid of him - now he is a big dog and he still thinks he is a puppy sometimes but he is very loving. Maybe this particular vet was a little inexperienced.

Receptionist was friendly as always even though we have seen a different one each time. They are always helpful and take a genuine interest in your dog. The vets have been kind and caring towards our new puppy on each visit. I would thoroughly recommend the practice to all.

Amazing staff who do whatever needed to help animals. They performed multiple surgeries on my cats knees when she was a kitten. The aftercare was fantastic. She would not have the high quality of life...
Amazing staff who do whatever needed to help animals. They performed multiple surgeries on my cats knees when she was a kitten. The aftercare was fantastic. She would not have the high quality of life she has now without all the efforts the team put in. Francesco in particular will be someone we are always grateful to for his hard work. The worst part of moving home was finding a new vets- no one is going to be able to compete with the fantastic efforts on Wingrave.

Thank you so much. Really lovely staff at Sutton and wonderful to my cat too. I would highly recommend. I went in tonight for an appointment and my cat was seen within the hour. Brilliant.

We had a great first experience at the coulsdon branch today. Francesco and the lovely receptionist both took so much interest in our cats and offered us great advice. Hopefully we won't need you too...
We had a great first experience at the coulsdon branch today. Francesco and the lovely receptionist both took so much interest in our cats and offered us great advice. Hopefully we won't need you too much but we know our cats will be in capable hands if we do need to visit.

Excellent vet surgery. We mainly attend Epsom branch as it's our closest. Reliable, flexible, very friendly and extremely helpful. Can't recommend enough.

Lizz at Wingrave recently treated our much loved cat Leo who had developed Diabetes and was very poorly. Unfortunately Leo was so poorly that he couldnt be saved and we had to make the decision to put him to sleep. Lizz went above and beyond to help him and I couldn’t of asked more of them at Wingrave .
