After being put off another vets locally I tried Winton Lodge in Epsom and I am incredibly impressed! The receptionists, vets and nurses are kind and very helpful! Throughout the problems with my rabbits they have been incredibly supportive and listen to me 'rabbit on' (As a worried pet owner!) Ha! We cannot speak highly enough of Simon and his team. When Billy, our English Springer Spaniel, hurt his eye while out on a walk on Headley Heath, they saw him straight away. A week later and Billy has fully recovered. We are absolutely delighted! I have had cause to consult this practice with 3 of our pets and I have had experience of three of the vets. They are all friendly and knowledgeable about medical as well as surgical conditions and are comfortable with acknowledging when they need to ask or refer to a specialist which I believe is an asset in medical practice. It was a particular bonus that one of the vets had the requisite experience to correctly diagnose out tortoise's illness. I believe their fees to be reasonable. I completely agree that Simon Neuhoff has transformed this practice. All the vets and staff are friendly and helpful. I like the option of paying monthly and having the benefits of the Pet Health Plan - it reduces the shock of large bills for annual check ups etc. I found out about Winton Lodge when I used Surrey Home Vet, which is run by Simon's wife. That's an amazing service - especially if you don't/can't drive and have a large dog and it's a struggle to get him to the vets. Between these 2 vets, I can now rest easy!! When we first moved to Epsom, I was worried about finding the right vets who would understand my love for our fur babies and treat them like we do as part of the family. Well I found the perfect vets with Winton Lodge. All the staff are lovely and great with our beloved fur babies. Both our dogs love going to Winton Lodge vets and they can't wait to visit the team, where previously we had had issues of them cowering in the corner or not wanting to get out of the car when they knew where they were. Brilliant with the animals and the owners. My dogs enjoy going to see the whole team. They have been fabulous with my old collie who had a stroke and he still marches into the room wagging his tail. Simon Neuhoff and the team at Winton Lodge vets are absolutely what we want in pet care. Their facility is clean with ample parking in their dedicated car park. We got seen almost straight away and did not have to wait in que! Their service is excellent and great value for the modest price we paid. Simon is great with my cats. Felt really comfortable leaving my cats in his care to be neutered and he is always lovely with them at every appointment. It's clear he really cares for the animals and it isn't just a job. Couldn't think of anyone I'd rather have taking care of them! Read Less

The Staff were absolutely fantastic with her, all the information very clear and the follow up treatment thorough.
