I just had a phone Call from a VERY ,VERY rude person at this veterinary place I have been taken my cat there for the last 15 years & yes they do always add more things every time you go in there whether it’s a test for one thing or another which you know It’s a way for them to make more money ,last mouth I phoned up to book an appointment for my cat as after I used the flea & worm treatment which they gave me my cat was very ill so having spoke to someone to book the appointment she asked me a few questions & told me to come down that afternoon but had to leave the cat outside the practice by the afternoon my cat was a lot better so I phoned up to cancel but to day 4 weeks after all this happened I get a phone call & the rude person which they need to retrain in customer service told me she’s phoning to get payment for the debt that I still owe of £40-50P which I said what for do I owe this money for & she said for the phone call I was never made aware that phoning to book an appointment would cost £40 -50P I never received any letters or phone calls to say this if could give 00000 rating I would do check everything to do with this practice & for certain I will never take my cat there again.

At first really trusted coming here, even though very expensive. One receptionist was always abrupt and rude didn't seem to care for pets or owners which let the team down. We found diagnosis so slow and regrettably lost our beloved pet. Double check your bill at each visit!

Fantastic Vets. I was very impressed with all of the Team, especially Kristina when my little Bailey was poorly. He is now getting better from his hypercalceamia thanks to the hard work of this lovely team and he is now putting weight back on nicely. He wasn't the most cooperative patient in the world but the team were so good with him, despite his attitude.

My 6 year old Rottweiler suddenly lost use of her back legs within minutes her condition got worse ,having no time to ring ahead I took her straight to the vet .I was obviously worried and by this time my dog was paralysed from the shoulders down .,the receptionist decided to have a go at me because I didn’t ring ahead and was sorry but they were fully booked .I suggested she get the vet and my look said it all .The vet decided to have a quick 5 minute check and decided she needed a MRI no other tests where offer and I was told to take her home and wait for a phone call confirming a time and date .I couldn’t have been kicked out the door quick enough. I took her straight to pets at home where they were brilliant ,blood tests x-ray pain relief as well as look after me as I was so upset.Unforetatly my dog had to be put down on discovering bone cancer and her condition had got worse .The mri people rang me after this quoting £6500 min estimate. I wouldn’t step foot in this vets ever again and if you care about your pet or wallet I would stay well clear.

I couldn't believe that when I called our own registered vet this morning to book his follow on appointment, that you had already sent over all of his details. Each of your staff were so warm and supportive. I really appreciated the update phone calls and the fact that you said I could call anytime if I wanted to see how he was. Hopefully, we won't need to see you again anytime soon, but it's very reassuring to know you are there if we need you. Thank you so much.

Our wonderful Toby, a lab collie cross, died early Sunday morning. We have literally just moved to the area and his first appointment was due this Friday. Nevertheless, they answered our call and prepared to take him immediately, despite the time. When I got there the lady was very helpful and sympathetic. Our 5 year old daughter would have been distraught if she had woken and found him if we hadn't been able to take him immediately. Thank you so much.

All the staff are fantastic. Molly our greyhound loves to pop in to say hello and they all make a fuss of her. On Wednesday 20/07/16 she went in to have 17 teeth removed, no mean feat for a 12 year old, Emily and the rest of the staff looked after her overnight. I am pleased to say she is recovering well.

Fantastic Vets. I was very impressed with all of the Team, especially Kristina when my little Bailey was poorly. He is now getting better from his hypercalceamia thanks to the hard work of this lovely team and he is now putting weight back on nicely. He wasn't the most cooperative patient in the world but the team were so good with him, despite his attitude.

All the staff are fantastic. Molly our greyhound loves to pop in to say hello and they all make a fuss of her. On Wednesday 20/07/16 she went in to have 17 teeth removed, no mean feat for a 12 year old, Emily and the rest of the staff looked after her overnight. I am pleased to say she is recovering well.
