Receptionist always seems rude and not wanting to be there, asked about my dog's cataracts to see if it had got worse, or stayed the same since last appointment a year ago, they said they didn't keep ...
Receptionist always seems rude and not wanting to be there, asked about my dog's cataracts to see if it had got worse, or stayed the same since last appointment a year ago, they said they didn't keep any records so they don't know, really? Keep trying to push expensive vet foods on to us even though I explained my dog is allergic to grains and chicken. Moved vets after they didn't keep accurate records.

The staff here are lovely.despite the turn around of vets seems to be high they are all very empathetic towards you and friendly with my pets. Open to our own ideas about the health of each pets needs...
The staff here are lovely.despite the turn around of vets seems to be high they are all very empathetic towards you and friendly with my pets. Open to our own ideas about the health of each pets needs. Easy to get to and to get a last minute in an emergency. Convenient supply of specialist cat and dog food sold on site. They also provide the healthy pet scheme which helps provide annual jabs and 6mthly checkups for pets and discounts. I really like them and their prices aren't too expensive.
