Bugs is not wearing a "refreshers" sweets costume, it's her post surgery onesie! We took this photo, as it's the first time she's ever laid still, since we got her!
We can not thank the staff enough, its heart wrenching leaving your furry family member at the vets, but she was so well cared for. We were told that following Bugs operation (spayed), she sat on her favourite vets lap, having cuddles, during their staff meeting!
Bugs has fully recovered, we were told "gentle" exercise over the next 7 days, that didn't happen!! By day two, Bugs was doing her usual zoomies around the kitchen, and that was whilst still sedated! By day four, we had completely given up, her wound was healing nicely and she hadn't bothered with it at all, we kept her refresher onesie on until day 8 though.
Can not recommend this vets practice enough, all the staff go above and beyond. Everyone is friendly, and you feel very well cared for. Bugs always was excited to get in the front door, I'm not sure she will be as excited to visit after what happened during her last visit, but she will soon forget that! Thank you for taking such good care of her.🥰

Genuinely touched by the level of care Ark Veterinary practice provides. I registered my puppy with them 6 months ago and they really took care of him and spoiled him. Every vet was so knowledgeable and sincerely chirpy. Unfortunately my puppy was hit by a car and passed away and they have gone above and beyond to offer support. They even sent me a handwritten card expressing their sorrow. So much more than anyone could have expected. So refreshing for a business to conduct themselves with such passion and heart.

I never had major issues with my 2 cats in one year i used this vet, but they tend to terrorise you just to sell you rubbish that you don't necessarily need, like the healthy pet club membership. You don't need spot on against fleas every single month! A 3 months cycle every 6 months is more than enough. I do not recommend but not sure if there is better out there, so if you choose to go anyway, do not take on the stupid membership.

Kind, Compassionate, Professional and Go the extra mile.
Took my little hamster in who went rapidly downhill. The team from the Vet to the Vet Nurse to the Receptionist were all kind, compassionate, and very considerate. Going the extra mile. My little hamster passed away shortly afterwards but I have no regrets to taking him to Ark as they treated him so gently and kindly. (Well aware that not all vets love the small and squeaky varieties!). Thank you team.

This vet practice lives up to its accreditations eg. Rabbit welfare society.
Emma gave me the confidence to have my rabbit operated on.
Sarah performed the operation and because of her expertise Ginger pulled through.
There were a week'a complications and the entire team contributed to continuing to make sure she didn't die.
They were patient, empathetic and outstandingly professional.
When it comes to the fees, they do their best to keep costs down.
I feel relieved to know there is a practice like this in fleet for future emergencies.
I highly recommend and unquestionably appreciate the Ark team.

Their skill, care and dedication is second to none and they really put themselves out to help both animals and their owners. All the while I have pets, I will keep using The Ark.

We can not thank the staff enough, its heart wrenching leaving your furry family member at the vets, but she was so well cared for. We were told that following Bugs operation (spayed), she sat on her favourite vets lap, having cuddles, during their staff meeting!

Genuinely touched by the level of care Ark Veterinary practice provides. I registered my puppy with them 6 months ago and they really took care of him and spoiled him. Every vet was so knowledgeable and sincerely chirpy. Unfortunately my puppy was hit by a car and passed away and they have gone above and beyond to offer support.
