WE have been going to this practice for 6 years with our Welsh Springer Spaniel, Dylan. We are regular visitors with one thing or another (Ear infections, seeds in ear, foreign objects in stomach, anal gland problems, etc etc etc!). We cannot fault Monika, she is always reassuring, pinpoints the problem quickly and treats effectively, for which we are immensely grateful. Dylan is always showered with treats and love by Monika and the nurses, hence we never have a problem getting him through the door. Most importantly, he adores and trusts Monika implicitly which allows him to relax completely while she examines him - it s a joy to watch a spaniel relax in this way! Thank you Monika, see you soon!

I can not express enough how much I have appreciated the support for my cat Ruby from all the staff at Pet Doctors, Shalford, but in particular Monika herself. The care and attention to detail has been second to none. The vet has always made time to explain illness and treatment fully and in a way which is easily understood. She is not only extremely competent as a vet in diagnosis, treatment and aftercare, but is exceptional in her ability to care for both pet and owner. I would highly recommend this veterinary practice.

WE have been going to this practice for 6 years with our Welsh Springer Spaniel, Dylan. We are regular visitors with one thing or another (Ear infections, seeds in ear, foreign objects in stomach, anal gland problems, etc etc etc!). We cannot fault Monika, she is always reassuring, pinpoints the problem quickly and treats effectively, for which we are immensely grateful. Dylan is always showered with treats and love by Monika and the nurses, hence we never have a problem getting him through the door. Most importantly, he adores and trusts Monika implicitly which allows him to relax completely while she examines him - it s a joy to watch a spaniel relax in this way! Thank you Monika, see you soon!

I can not express enough how much I have appreciated the support for my cat Ruby from all the staff at Pet Doctors, Shalford, but in particular Monika herself.
