I have a long history of owning multiple pets. My last vets became a chain, where vets are all temporary and looking to move on. I experienced some painful lack of proper care. Douglas Hall and his team own this practice and they are all knowledgeable and genuine. They really do take a special interest in their patients and their humans! I travel a distance now to ensure my pets have only the very best care. They have supported me very generously with rescue animals too. Simply - the BEST VETS.

I really cannot put into words my eternal gratitude at the love shown by everyone but especially Jackie and Caroline, when we had to make the decision to say goodbye to our beautiful Maisy. Coming to our home at the time that was right for us was over and above what I would have expected but allowed us to give Maisy a relaxed, calm and personal goodbye. She was a spirited little lady whose choices ( mainly dubious food choices ) resulted in many trips to see Doug and his team over her 16 years always met with professionalism and good humour. Douglas Hall and his team own this practice and they are all knowledgeable and genuine. They really do take a special interest in their patients and their humans!
