Vets are excellent but the receptionist is so unhelpful towards any queries and is generally very disagreeable that I have withdrawn my business for fear that her 'no can help' attitude will eventually affect the care my dog receives. The receptionist is the first point of call and she makes every visit so unpleasant on top of existing stress over concern for her vet. When they sack her my dog and I will be back!

Moved to Crofts from another vet and the difference is marked. Chris is fantastic with our dog, who is no longer scared of going to the vets. Great patient and client care.

Not just the obvious love that they show to the animals, but I have to say, Chris is a character that you do not meet every day!
Doting on his family & outwardly proud of his welcoming practice. He’s just a really decent, funny, kind guy! We need more Chris’ in this world. Could not think of a greater man to tend to my beloved Harley!

Vets are excellent but the receptionist is so unhelpful towards any queries and is generally very disagreeable that I have withdrawn my business for fear that her 'no can help' attitude will eventually affect the care my dog receives. The receptionist is the first point of call and she makes every visit so unpleasant on top of existing stress over concern for her vet. When they sack her my dog and I will be back!
