Friendly people, caring, good service and not overly expense. Offer good plan for pets injections etc. Very helpful when we took our dog in with an injured paw.

I've recently changed to Medivet (Thornbury), in Horley and I'm so glad that I did! The staff are really friendly and helpful, they keep to their appointment times (I've never waited more than 5 minutes.) And, most importantly, they seem to genuinely care about their patients! A vast improvement on my previous vets whose main concern seemed to be money :-(

After going to another local vets in the area after local reviews, I was shocked by the dirt and couldn't care less attitute that I needed to find something else. I took my 2 persian kittens to Thorn...
After going to another local vets in the area after local reviews, I was shocked by the dirt and couldn't care less attitute that I needed to find something else. I took my 2 persian kittens to Thornbury and the staff were so lovely throughout every moment, calling with updates and treating them so well, I couldn't be happier and so pleased to have them around the corner.
