I am absolutely appalled by the response of their EMERGENCY service, I understand that this is out sourced, but still I rang the EMERGENCY number at 06:50 and was told that for a vet to come out to me it would be £1'000 and that the vet wouldn't be to me until at least Midday, they could send me a Pet Taxi, but he was in no state to be moved, she explained to me that it was shift changeover and that was the best she could offer!! My dog passed away at 08:45. I would like to ask the vets to find a new out of hours (emergency) vet as this is totally unacceptable and not in any pets interest, just a pure money making scheme, an absolute disgrace to the veterinary profession.
