Had the worst experience with them today, having spent thousands with them last couple of years. My French bulldog who was in pup and spoke to them couple of weeks ago regarding it all. She went into labour last night and contractions this morning but no puppies. Took her in and refused to do C section telling me to come back tomorrow, was not happy as the breed known to have to have C section so took her to another local vet straight away who said her cervix was open and in full labour and rushed her in and did C section immediately. At home now with her puppies and all ok thank goodness for other vets. All Arthur lodge was worried about was the outstanding £50 from Monday evening on account when they checked her. Will never be going back vet and lady on reception were terrible.

My ferret recently broke his leg and needed to have it amputated. I was devastated. The nurses and vet were so supportive and kind during the whole process and Bubba is so happy and healing so quickly. Our cat also had to be spayed and Maxi was so calm and happy when we collected her and for the days after and everything went so well. Thank you so much for all the extra effort, explanations and caring you show not just with the big operations but with everything.

A week ago we had the horrendous experience of our 13 week old puppy, Elsa breaking her elbow on her front leg. This happened out of hours and I was in a panic. The out of hours vet, James and veterinary nurse Hazel were extremely helpful and put my mind at ease with Elsa being seen and admitted the same evening. A referral was put to NDSR the next day and thankfully after an operation she is now recovering well. The immediate attention, knowledge and medication given to Elsa in the first few hours was brilliant although we havent yet had the bill. I have since recommended Arthur Lodge to a friend of mine who is having problems with their vet and will continue to do so.

Had the worst experience with them today, having spent thousands with them last couple of years. My French bulldog who was in pup and spoke to them couple of weeks ago regarding it all. My ferret recently broke his leg and needed to have it amputated. I was devastated. The nurses and vet were so supportive and kind during the whole process and Bubba is so happy and healing so quickly. Our cat also had to be spayed and Maxi was so calm and happy when we collected her and for the days after and everything went so well. Thank you so much for all the extra effort, explanations and caring you show not just with the big operations but with everything.

A week ago we had the horrendous experience of our 13 week old puppy, Elsa breaking her elbow on her front leg. This happened out of hours and I was in a panic. The out of hours vet, James and veterinary nurse Hazel were extremely helpful and put my mind at ease with Elsa being seen and admitted the same evening.
