Amazing staff at Blackberry Vets. Very kind, caring and respectful. I wasn't registered and this was the first time I had visited the clinic under very sad circumstances and the staff were absolutely brilliant. I have never met veterinarians like the staff here. Not only took care of my dog but also me aswel and making sure I was ok.
Very compassionate and never rushed me. Thank you so much! it's lovely to know that animals truly are in the best hands when it comes to you guys.

My dog was mistreated and they didn't take good care of him. He had two limps one on his leg one in his ear. The leg was irritated and the vet saw him for 5 min. She gave us a cream with steroids and ...
My dog was mistreated and they didn't take good care of him. He had two limps one on his leg one in his ear. The leg was irritated and the vet saw him for 5 min. She gave us a cream with steroids and that was all. After few days I had to take my dog in my old vet back in London as his leg got worst. When I called to complain and ask why they didn't offer us the option of take traces of the lumps because it might was a skin cancer (because of the age of my dog) the answer was that not all the people want to spend money on that! With a few words I spent 60 in that veterinary centre for a 5 min "joke" consultation/ treatment which was the wrong one! Plus another 170 to my old vet to find out what my dog has. Don't waste your money and time there find a better one if you want your pet to be treated. Of course there was no negotiation of refund when I requested as they believed that they didn't do something 100% wrong but they agreed that they didn't give me options to decide what I would like to do with my dogs health

Amazing staff at Blackberry Vets. Very kind, caring and respectful. I wasn't registered and this was the first time I had visited the clinic under very sad circumstances and the staff were absolutely brilliant. I have never met veterinarians like the staff here.
