I would highly recommend the Ashington practice, I had an emergency with my rabbit about a month ago and rang them and they said come straight in and they were brilliant - it was a life threatening situation and they handled it with kindness and professionalism- Steve the rabbit is better now and back to his normal self thank you again

We had to have a beloved baby girl put to sleep on the 5/6/16. To give it 5* doesn't feel right as it was the most harrowing experience we have ever had to go through but the support, understanding and compassion from the staff was amazing. Then to top it off they sent us a card, sorry for our loss. This vets is amazing and wud recommend them to anyone and everyone. I have been using Arun vets for the past 6 years and would not want to go anywhere else. I've been to all three of the branches but Ashington is the closest for me. They have been looking after my Ragdoll cats Duke & Buddy and now my puppy George. Everyone is always friendly, helpful and full of advice. I love the text reminders you get from them and they are always on the end of the phone. Debbie is always happy and friendly whenever I call in or visit. I feel less worried knowing my pets are in good hands €

I can honestly say that this vets practice is absolutely diamond. The nurses are so caring and knowledgeable they reassure owners as well as looking after your pet. The vets take time with you making sure you understand the condition your pet suffers with and give you options when possible on how to go about the care. I wouldn't use any other vet to be honest. The most amazing wonderful bunch of people I've ever met. I wouldn't have wanted anyone else to take care of my animals than these. All the vets are so supportive and knowledgable, they've helped us through some really tough times recently and are now helping us with our kitten. They really are wonderful and they think of their customers as friends and family. Highly recommended.

I'd been looking for a while for a veterinary practice that cared about My dog. These guys are so lovely but sadly didn't meet my dog until it was time to leave for the rainbow bridge. However, I couldn't have asked for more caring and compassionate vets. I still cry everyday over the loss of Domino, my best friend. They made it so much easier for me to make my decision. I will Def return if I ever get another pet and would recommend.

An outstanding veterinary practice. I had to say goodbye to my dearest dog. Matt came out to my home and was understanding and professional putting both myself and my dog at ease. Thanks to the calm attitude from Matt my dog drifted off peacefully. Arun have cared for him for over 11 years and I can't recommend them highly enough.

The staff at Arun vets have always treated our animals very gently and kindly. They are not expensive, have excellent facities and when the dreadul day arrived Andy came to our home to give peace to our beloved Dillon dog. He and his assistant treated us all with great love and dignity. Highly recommended 10 stars. Wouldn't consider using another vets.

We had to have a beloved baby girl put to sleep on the 5/6/16. All the vets are so supportive and knowledgable, they've helped us through some really tough times recently and are now helping us with our kitten.
