At Companion Care we know your pet is a much loved part of the family and you want them to enjoy a long, healthy life. This is why our veterinary teams, made up of animal loving experts, firmly believe in providing the highest level of care and treating every pet they see like they would their own.
Every Companion Care practice is equipped with the latest in technology, which means we can offer your pets the personalised care they need. Our practices are also designed to make your pet’s time with us as comfortable as possible; just like kids don’t always like going to the dentist, we know pets don’t always like going to the vets! Our waiting areas are light and spacious (and with floors that can cope with little accidents) and we also have separate dog and cat wards so your pet can recuperate more comfortably after any treatment.
Our vets will explain all clinical terms so you fully understand what is happening to your pet and you are fully involved in their treatment plan. This also includes being completely transparent in our pricing, so you can make an informed choice on the treatment that you want your pet to receive.

Ok if you have bottomless pockets, wish same enthusiasm shown for pets as is for money,!!! Shame as most of staff extremely polite, just mark up on items threw the roof, online is cheaper but you stil...
Ok if you have bottomless pockets, wish same enthusiasm shown for pets as is for money,!!! Shame as most of staff extremely polite, just mark up on items threw the roof, online is cheaper but you still have to get prescription from vet which isn't easy here either, even when you give the 48hrs notice and pre-pay as ordered by the practice, the written prescription still isn't ready !!!! Poor!!!! Plus cost of prescription keeps increasing!!!! Seems all about the money I'm afraid 😬👎

I took my two rabbits to be neutered and they said they would call to me let know if their teeth would need doing also while under anaesthetic. I left them a mobile number on the sheet of paper that I filled out that morning for them to contact if needed and with a price also. They did this no problem with the first rabbit, but with the second they didn't call the number i had left that morning they called my number that was on the system instead so I missed it and didn't return the call for 40 mins. What if there was a real emergency and I needed to know??? And they didn't state that it would be more than double than what they had stated for the first rabbit. I'm so very unhappy as had they called the number given it would of been answered straight away.
I don't know if the 40 mins meant she was under for longer unnecessarily.
The op did go well and they have recovered but the second rabbit was groggy for 32 days longer than the other which made me extremely worried also.

I have been going there since they opened and have had excellent service. Would recommend this practice. Longer opening hours than most.
