The staff are genuine, sincere, polite and professional. My pet received a high level of care. I felt less anxious knowing my pet was being cared for by professionals that clearly adore animals too. Seemed highly organised and I felt the staff were genuinely interested in the care and welfare of my pet. I believe good manners and being polite are important attributes and the staff have these. Thank you, I am grateful.

This is one of the most caring veterinary practices I have ever used. The vets, nurses, receptionists and the admin staff are all very professional and more importantly for me, so thoughtful, kind and caring and have always had the best interests of my dogs at heart. They always communicate with me as to exactly what is being done and keep me updated at all times as to the progress of treatment, tests and, if the dog is an in-patient, their well being. When my dogs have had any serious, worrying condition the vets have been thorough, gentle and caring towards both myself and my dogs, always giving us time and good explanations. It is a great comfort to know that they have a 24 hour service and you know you will be seen by one of their own vets at one of their local practices, which are all in easy distance. I couldn't ask for more from this great practice!

I have 14 special needs kitty's with various behavioural and physical health problems. All are complicated patients having had unknown or difficult pasts or present conditions. I have received an amazing professional and honest service at Priory. My cats individual needs have been met every time with care and compassion with their absolute best interests at heart. I've been able to phone and discuss worries with the vets and staff and always receive a helpful and friendly service. I love knowing that my cats are cared for and operated on in-house and a full 24/7 emergency service is available. I really value the relationship we have with our vets and it offers enormous peace of mind knowing we have this, I searched long and hard to find a good vets after having a bad and upsetting experience with another practice. I cannot recommend Priory enough and I'm a very fussy customer.

I have always used Priory for my dogs, even when it would have been far more convenient for me to use a vets closer to my place of work. They are both accident prone rescue Staffies, and Priory were brilliant both times that I needed their emergency out of hours clinic. They saw both dogs each time immediately, having asked full details of situation before hand in a phone call with the on-duty vet (even though one of these occurred on Christmas morning) and looked after them with 100% care, keeping me updated with progress reports. Thoroughly recommend .

We've been with Priory vets for many years now, with our 6 dogs, 3 cats and chickens. Excellent service every time. We've had tons of out of hours emergencies too - they are one of the only local practices around who do their own out of hours which is very important. There is a great team of vets, lovely lovely vet nurses. I often recommend Priory to friends and clients.

Amazing. Won't go anywhere else! I have received incredible service from the Priory Vets and their fabulous staff for many years, but have been particularly thankful during the last 14 months for their kindness and support, when one of my dogs got very ill and needed care in one way or another, every 1-3 months since. What an amazing set of professional caring understanding people !!! When my dog was poorly I travelled 1000 miles over 5 days just so I knew he was getting the best care. From Amanda who performed the emergency surgery to Sally and Jennie who made me very welcome as it was to far to travel home and back again !! Do not use this vets. Full of locome vets who do not stick around. Very unprofessional and do not think about the owners. We were with these vets for almost 17 years before they began to go downhill. ...
Do not use this vets. Full of locome vets who do not stick around. Very unprofessional and do not think about the owners. We were with these vets for almost 17 years before they began to go downhill. Our cat was misdiagnosed on several occasions and given the wrong doses of medications. I then found out that my friends cat had been taken from her against her will after he was hit by a car, they are not allowing her to know of his progress, nor whether he survives or where he will be going if he survives. Avoid this vets at all costs.

Amanda Ingram is the best vet we've had in years. (And thats been over 20 yrs) Our dog 'Sasha' loves her to bits as do we. We are not from Redhill area(from Portsmouth) but would greatly/highly/thoroughly recommend this vets especially now that Amanda is working there now. We travelled up on Saturday and got a very warm welcome from the staff at the surgery(we went to the wrong practice) but managed to find our way there. Can't praise Amanda enough. And Priory vets is the place to be. xxx

I'm so glad he's home safe and sound and making a recovery. He's been amazing and it's all down to you! Very skillful, professional and caring. You are all amazing! Thank you. :-) x I wrote the above review just after Buddy had his operation in November. He's doing brilliantly now and it's all down to you amazing people at Priory vets, especially Sophia who operated on him. He had a luxating patella and because of your expertise and care he is now almost at 100% again! Thank you for recommending him for hydrotherapy too as this has really assisted his recovery. He's now running around on all four legs - better than ever - and playing with other dogs just like he used to before his leg became bad. I cannot thank you enough! You are the best vets around! :-)

There are not enough words to thank you for all your care, attention , love and good practice with all my dogs. I wish everyone was as lucky as me and the ones who live close by and have you as a vet. You always welcomed me and my dogs with a lovely smile, saved not one , but several dogs that I have refered to you, treated all of them exceptionally well and spot on with all the diagnosis and treatments. Should also mention that your prices are the best I have seen around, not that this is that important when our pet's life is on the line, but its so good to know we can trust you, and you doing your very best to help. This is one of the most caring veterinary practices I have ever used. The vets, nurses, receptionists and the admin staff are all very professional and more importantly for me, so thoughtful, kind and caring and have always had the best interests of my dogs at heart. What an amazing set of professional caring understanding people !!! When my dog was poorly I travelled 1000 miles over 5 days just so I knew he was getting the best care. From Amanda who performed the emergency surgery to Sally and Jennie who made me very welcome as it was to far to travel home and back again !! Wouldn't hesitate in recommending or traveling to secure the best care for any of my pets!

Do not use this vets. Full of locome vets who do not stick around. Very unprofessional and do not think about the owners. We were with these vets for almost 17 years before they began to go downhill. ...
Do not use this vets. Full of locome vets who do not stick around. Very unprofessional and do not think about the owners. We were with these vets for almost 17 years before they began to go downhill. Our cat was misdiagnosed on several occasions and given the wrong doses of medications. I then found out that my friends cat had been taken from her against her will after he was hit by a car, they are not allowing her to know of his progress, nor whether he survives or where he will be going if he survives. Avoid this vets at all costs.

Amanda Ingram is the best vet we've had in years. (And thats been over 20 yrs) Our dog 'Sasha' loves her to bits as do we. We are not from Redhill area(from Portsmouth) but would greatly/highly/thoroughly recommend this vets especially now that Amanda is working there now. We travelled up on Saturday and got a very warm welcome from the staff at the surgery(we went to the wrong practice) but managed to find our way there. Can't praise Amanda enough. And Priory vets is the place to be. xxx

Thank you. :-) x I wrote the above review just after Buddy had his operation in November. He's doing brilliantly now and it's all down to you amazing people at Priory vets, especially Sophia who operated on him. He had a luxating patella and because of your expertise and care he is now almost at 100% again! Thank you for recommending him for hydrotherapy too as this has really assisted his recovery. He's now running around on all four legs - better than ever - and playing with other dogs just like he used to before his leg became bad. I cannot thank you enough! You are the best vets around! :-)

You always welcomed me and my dogs with a lovely smile, saved not one , but several dogs that I have refered to you, treated all of them exceptionally well and spot on with all the diagnosis and treatments. Should also mention that your prices are the best I have seen around, not that this is that important when our pet's life is on the line, but its so good to know we can trust you, and you doing your very best to help.
