I was initially referred to them by a neighbour. Since then we have been very happy with the care provided to our Golden Retrievers Bella & Robin. Very highly recommended!

Excellent veterinary care and superb practice management makes both routine and sad visits less difficult. Everyone from the receptionist, nurses and vet seem to genuinely care about the animals and their owners. It's a traditional owner operated vet practice, but with 21st century equipment and knowledge.
Both Tim and Liz have looked after my cats and have identified and treated any problems quickly. I am sure the other vets at this practice are equally good. Treatment, prognosis and associated costs are explained, and you are not pressurised into spending a fortune, with often the simplest options recommended first. This is important for someone like me on a fixed income. Prices are very fair for London/Surrey, especially when compared with the big chain Vets.
Linda the receptionist is very good; efficient, friendly and very welcoming.
