I moved all five of my cats from Wingrave last month following very poor service for my cat Jake who was being treated for his thyroid; his medication changes weren't noted on the system and the vet actually had to ask us what medication he was on and which dates he changed his medication! Due to I different vet every time and no continuity of care, the growth on his thyroid was seemingly not checked which has now led to it covering his windpipe, which will now be fatal for him. I wrote a complaint a month ago with no response. I sent a reminder last week that I would like a reply but still no response. I would avoid personally.

To my mind this is the best Vets Practice ever . The staff are always helpful, courteous and always able to get an appointment at my convenience . I have been taking my dog here for 8years and have always had excellent treatment . The vets are wonderful , Special thanks to Daniela who is amazing .

I was about to make an appointment for my dog, the girl in the phone was so rude, we kindly asked her if the appointment is included in the vetplan that we are paying each month, and she said why do we expect everything for free... I am sorry but this is such a rude behaviour towards us as a customers...

Unreasonably priced / exorbitant fees. I registered at Medivet Sutton based on the reviews I read. But I was wrong, as they are completely unethical when it comes to charging fees. My pup has recently...
Unreasonably priced / exorbitant fees. I registered at Medivet Sutton based on the reviews I read. But I was wrong, as they are completely unethical when it comes to charging fees. My pup has recently been seen by the clinic for which I had paid them the consultation fee. I now require a Flea and Tick collar for which I need a prescription from them, as I plan it buy it online since I have a discount voucher. The nurse at the vet told me that a prescription alone will cost me £27, and if I buy the collar from them then it will be £47 in total. Most of the vets in the same area charge £10 for a prescription. When I asked them why is that, she said that's they charge.
Highly disappointed! I would registered my pup somewhere else who are more ethical and aren't looting their customers!

Switched to wingrave last year as unhappy with previous vet. Great staff, separate waiting area for small animals. I love the health care plan as I pay monthly so spreads the cost of vaccines, checkups, nail clips. they offer great advice as well!

Amazing staff who do whatever needed to help animals. They performed multiple surgeries on my cats knees when she was a kitten. The aftercare was fantastic. She would not have the high quality of life...
Amazing staff who do whatever needed to help animals. They performed multiple surgeries on my cats knees when she was a kitten. The aftercare was fantastic. She would not have the high quality of life she has now without all the efforts the team put in. Francesco in particular will be someone we are always grateful to for his hard work. The worst part of moving home was finding a new vets- no one is going to be able to compete with the fantastic efforts on Wingrave.

Thank you so much. Really lovely staff at Sutton and wonderful to my cat too. I would highly recommend. I went in tonight for an appointment and my cat was seen within the hour. Brilliant.

We had a great first experience at the coulsdon branch today. Francesco and the lovely receptionist both took so much interest in our cats and offered us great advice. Hopefully we won't need you too...
We had a great first experience at the coulsdon branch today. Francesco and the lovely receptionist both took so much interest in our cats and offered us great advice. Hopefully we won't need you too much but we know our cats will be in capable hands if we do need to visit.

Excellent vet surgery. We mainly attend Epsom branch as it's our closest. Reliable, flexible, very friendly and extremely helpful. Can't recommend enough.

I moved all five of my cats from Wingrave last month following very poor service for my cat Jake who was being treated for his thyroid; his medication changes weren't noted on the system and the vet actually had to ask us what medication he was on and which dates he changed his medication! Due to I different vet every time and no continuity of care, the growth on his thyroid was seemingly not checked which has now led to it covering his windpipe, which will now be fatal for him. Amazing staff who do whatever needed to help animals. They performed multiple surgeries on my cats knees when she was a kitten. The aftercare was fantastic. She would not have the high quality of life she has now without all the efforts the team put in. Francesco in particular will be someone we are always grateful to for his hard work. The worst part of moving home was finding a new vets- no one is going to be able to compete with the fantastic efforts on Wingrave.
