Every Vets4Pets practice is equipped with the latest in technology, which means we can offer your pets the personalised care they need. Our practices are also designed to make your pet’s time with us as comfortable as possible; just like kids don’t always like going to the dentist, we know pets don’t always like going to the vets! Our waiting areas are light and spacious (and with floors that can cope with little accidents) and we also have separate dog and cat wards so your pet can recuperate more comfortably after any treatment.

Steve and Helen dealt with my chihuahuas 3 pups from beginning and I really can't fault them, they are professional, friendly and my puppies loved them, steve stayed very calm when pup 2 had a wee on him 😂 not forgetting the extra time and care on pup 1 tbf I don't think even 5 stars is high enough for them and the care they give. Receptionist was very friendly and approachable as well so if anyone's considering a vets then head on over to Byfleet vets for pets... Thanks Steve and Helen for everything. xx

was originally at the Woking branch but changed to this one as it was closer for md but i wish i stayed at Woking !! I am Not impressed with this place .. my dog had his bits done here and ended up getting infected which they didn't treat for a few days told me to see how it goes which made it so much worse .. was here this week as my dog had become poorly for a few days told them what was wrong with him .. the vet told me I needed to give him 2 injections to stop him being sick and prescribed me some medicine and some other stuff he doesnt need .. 99 pound later he still isn't well .. they said there treating him for symptoms and to bring him back if he doesnt get better .. so I've gotta leave my dog in pain for the next few days to see if he gets better on something you don't even know is going to work !! So then i take him back and spend even more money on something else you have no clue about !! He's lost weight dramatically and she told me he is absolutely fine .. lol I know my dog and he isn't fine !!
I am changing my vets am never using vets for pets again they are an absolute joke!!

Everyone (vets nurses and receptionists) are all brilliant. Always helpful and caring. Great service whenever we need it with our 2 greyhounds. Love the Vacs for life plan too.

Vets4Pets Byfleet is a fantastic vet surgery with smiles that greet you as soon as you climb up the stairs. The staff are super friendly, remember who you are and don't patronise you when discussing your pets. They go above and beyond when looking after your furry family members and thanks to their diligence my aging lab recently coasted through major surgery. You couldn't ask for better in a vet surgery. Highly recommended!

Steve and Helen dealt with my chihuahuas 3 pups from beginning and I really can't fault them, they are professional, friendly and my puppies loved them, steve stayed very calm when pup 2 had a wee on him 😂 not forgetting the extra time and care on pup 1 tbf I don't think even 5 stars is high enough for them and the care they give. The staff are super friendly, remember who you are and don't patronise you when discussing your pets.
