We have been with Pet Doctors since they took over the St John's branch and we had to move to the knaphill branch. While the cats were well, I had no issues with them; the vets and staff were pleasant and helpful. Sadly in the last 2 years the attitude of the staff and our unwell moggie have lead to a different experience here. I have, on multiple occasions found them unhelpful, rude, lacking in empathy and with a general air of concern for their bottom line far outstripping any concern or care for my animal. I have, with regret, had to move both my cats elsewhere to a vet I can actually trust and who puts my cats first. My recommendation: find a vet you can trust who is forthcoming and honest about your animal's needs and how these can realistically be managed. You are unlikely to find that here.Read Less
