We have booked our appointment in October 2021 for cat's the booster.Because of the shortage of vaccine we were booked for 12th of February, so on the 4th of February in the afternoon I received a reminder that our appointment is due on the 5th of February someone decided to rebook it without any warning or appologies.The most irresponsible customer service and it supposed to be our first visit with new vet. Don't waste your time or money with this practice. They are just out for the money and not very competent. Came in for a blood test for my ferret, they weren't able to do the blood test but still charged us full price for 5 mins of consultation. Came in a second time, they messed up the sedation and charged us for the failed sedation and a stronger sedation. Read Less

Strange, isn't it, how animals seem to get ill at weekends, but even so this practice is always there when you need them with superb professional care, all the kit, great nurses and friendly receptionists. Been a client for, gosh, 20+ years now and would recommend them to anyone with an animal, and sometimes think I would get better treatment myself than from a doctor, after all, their training is far more intense and longer than our doctors' training.
