Our two guinea pigs had their regular pedicure here for the first time and the vet nurse was lovely, kind and competent. No fuss from the piggies which is great as it can be a bit traumatic sometimes.

Visited Alnwick branch whilst on holiday with our dog Freddie. I rang first thing in the morning and was offered an appointment within 2 hours, the lady who answered the phone was lovely and really helpful. We found the clinic without problem using google maps, and were pleased to find a spacious car park. The clinic was very pleasant and we were called in for our appointment on time. The vet Amy couldn’t have been nicer. She was lovely with Freddie and got to the bottom of the problem immediately, he had 2 injections and she gave us comprehensive care advice, 2 days later and Freddie is as good as new. The treatment cost was very reasonable. Amy also gave us advice on how to get back to our holiday accommodation avoiding some flooded areas. I would highly recommend this practice. Read Less
