Very happy dog and owner. I phoned at lunch time and got an appointment the same day for my dog. The vet Jo was friendly and lovely with my dog, very reassuring. Nicest vet I have been to in a long time. Will defiantly be taking my dog here again.

Animals frequently have more than one chip, particularly rescue animals as information on their past is unknown. This Vet's hasn't yet grasped this fact so should they find 2 chips be prepared to be threatened, interrogated and have all your proof confiscated. All proof was supplied willingly to you, all stamped, checked, correct. You really need to start applying common sense, you are not DEFRA. Absolute idiots.

Only serves to confirm you have something to hide Value pets?....here is one of the posts you have felt the need to delete - I am sure the others will also post their thoughts here.
It is not often i feel so outraged that I need to post comments on a business wall.....after all, you are a business are you not? Not sure since when "value" has come to mean incompetent, arrogant and completely in the wrong. You have caused such utter distress to a wonderful adopter, the most amazing rescue and also a wonderful person that transports, all of whom give their lives, money, time and love to giving these poor dogs the lives they deserve. Now, you have wrongly question 2 chips - any half brain celled person can see that ALL the details from romania to england and beyond were absolutely clean and correct. YOU, as a business had/have the RIGHT to cause the distress you have by absurd accusations. The time and heart ache YOU have caused is beyond disgusting. So, my feeling is that your "BUSINESS" needs to issue a very in depth written apology to several parties as soon as your "investigation / backtrack" has been concluded. This person is not a "client / customer" as you put it because i am 100% sure they would never set foot in your "business" again, and also have you alienated a VERY large section of the dog rescue community! As a vet you are supposed to be caring & compassionate amongst other. What you have done is neither of these things. And, just for the record - I am asked on every visit to rechip my dog because her chip has migrated to far its practically impossible to find if you dont know where it was. Imagine if she was to end up in your "business"....I shudder! A lot of people will be watching to see how you mop up the disgraceful way you have behaved and conducted yourselves. I trust you will not keep this poor family waiting beyond a very early resolution next week. Shame on you Value Vets.
