I spoke with the killing worth vets to find out how much it would cost to get my dogs teeth cleaned as my vets were going to cost a lot. The receptionist told me that she could not tell me a price over the phone but asked if I could pop in with my dog for a free consultation. So I took my dog in and the vet count not give me a proper price other than it could be between 250-350. Left thinking I would get it done after xmas to be sent a invoice of 29.ish for the consultation. Spoke to head office in Morpeth and told them what happened and they said they would look into it, sent me another invoice reducing the bill by 10 and saying the receptionist made a mistake however consultations are not free so they have reduced the bill.
