A few weeks ago my cat became very poorly. She 18 so I was very worried. Vet at Boldon was so kind and caring with her, knew exactly what to treat her for. She was given antibiotic jab and pain relief jab. She is now fully recovered and I cannot thank the Vet and all the staff for their help and kindness they are all amazing.

I took my cat to the Boldon surgery as he was very poorly. The vet Oscar was very thorough in his examination and gave a diagnosis and treatment. Over the next few days my cats health improved. A couple of days later the vet called me to ask how my cat was doing which l thought was really thoughtful and professional.
Would highly recommend this veterinary service.

Amazing staff and amazing service! First time I’ve had a dog and they have been so helpful and friendly! Not only that, it is clear they have the interested in the welfare in your pet at the top of their agenda after not even charging us when we called in for a check up after having concerns! Joe at the Boldon branch is one of the nicest most thorough vets i have ever taken my dogs to.. He was amazing with my Ozzy so gentle and easy with him.. He wagged his tail at him through his visits.....

Took my kitten to the Boldon branch today to be neutered. All staff were so lovely and reassuring, one girl in particular who brought Henry back to us when we came to collect him was especially nice and made us feel at ease knowing he was being well looked after, I just with I had caught her name. I'm a dog groomer from South Shields and can't recommend Willows enough. I recommended willows to a customer of mine to get a 2nd opinion of an "illness" she apparently had... today I seen Maggie to groom her and what an amazing difference i noticed. Absolutely over the moon she's finally on the mend without costing the customer hundreds of pounds x

Took my cat the other day and Kamal was brilliant with her. She usually hates going to the vets and scratches and bites when being assessed. I was amazed at how well behaved she was for Kamal and how much he made her feel at ease. I always go to Willows and the service is always brilliant. All of the staff are fabulous with animals and offer brilliant advice.

A few weeks ago my cat became very poorly. She 18 so I was very worried. Vet at Boldon was so kind and caring with her, knew exactly what to treat her for.
