I can't praise the staff enough in this vets they went above and beyond their duty to help my poorly chinchilla sadly he had to be put to sleep but they were so good and gave me his little paw prints ...
I can't praise the staff enough in this vets they went above and beyond their duty to help my poorly chinchilla sadly he had to be put to sleep but they were so good and gave me his little paw prints and today I received a beautiful card and some forget me not seeds I am overwhelmed by that lovely gesture thank you to Annette, Melanie and the lovely lady who chatted to me while I tried to compose myself xxx

Had an emergency on News Years Day when my dog hurt her foot. Friendly staff who gave a prompt and efficient service, get the dog quickly seen to and out of pain in no time, Thank you
