The team at Forest Hall were absolutely brilliant responding on the same day to our concerns about an ongoing skin problem with our golden retriever even though we were 350 miles away from home visiting family in Newcastle. Their response, their care, their advice, their links with our home vet and their treatment all exceptional, subsequently confirmed by our vet when we got home. Thank you even for sorting out the Pet|Plan paperwork. I recommend them as highly as I can - thank you.

Amazing recovery as always from Judith at First Vets Forrest Hall. She's an exotic vet (rats, guinea pigs etc.) and is so skilled. I have nothing but great things to say about the care me and my dog have received from the Heaton branch. My dog has recently had TPLO surgery due to a ruptured cruciate ligament and is now on the road to recovery. From the fab girls on reception putting up with my constant calls on the day of the surgery to Andy and Nick doing the surgery and being there to put my mind at rest on his healing progress. The whole evidence here is great. They fit you in at short notice when required. The desk staff see friendly are helpful and always seem to make time for the animals. They've done everything for our dog over the past five years and we've had nothing but good experiences. Judith has a great manner and always gives practical advice, no up selling or other nonsense. Even now we're a bit further away we still go back here.

I cannot thank the staff enough for all your help, with what i can only describe as a horrendous time. On Wednesday my lovely Cat Buster had to have a leg amputated, the staff reassured me and made the decision easier, as I was worried about the quality of life my Buster would have only having 3 legs. I would also like to thank the receptionist's who are very friendly and always helpful. Buster still has a long journey ahead of him, but with the support from First Vets I know he will make a full recovery. Thanks again Laura (P.S sorry for all the crying).

Andy the vet has been really understanding he has helped us with Dobby. Andy has helped me understand things about Dobby and with Dobby being my 1st proper pet. I will 100% recommend this vets.

FirstVets have looked after both my dogs Harvey & Tara for many years. Rachel @ the LowFell Practice is a excellent Vet I highly recommend to everyone :)

Have used Firstvets Forest Hall for a couple of years now. Judith is brilliant. Really knowledgeable and compassionate. The receptionists are also really helpful. Wouldn't take my guinea pigs anywhere...

The care shown to my bichon Aimee was great. When my little dog was at the end of her time with us (aged 14), the care was professional, sensitive and incredibly helpful. The card that was sent with a paw print of my little one was sent on the day she died and was the most lovely touch. Thank you Judith and Kelly. I will treasure the print forever!

I have nothing but great things to say about the care me and my dog have received from the Heaton branch. My dog has recently had TPLO surgery due to a ruptured cruciate ligament and is now on the road to recovery. From the fab girls on reception putting up with my constant calls on the day of the surgery to Andy and Nick doing the surgery and being there to put my mind at rest on his healing progress. Canβt thank you all enough and once he is allowed to run around again, Iβm sure Lennon will be very grateful

The whole evidence here is great. They fit you in at short notice when required. The desk staff see friendly are helpful and always seem to make time for the animals. They've done everything for our dog over the past five years and we've had nothing but good experiences. Judith has a great manner and always gives practical advice, no up selling or other nonsense. Even now we're a bit further away we still go back here.

As they caused the Harm, Distress, Suffering and death of my mams dog Nellie on Nellie 4th birthday 31/10/2016 and the Director Nigel Stansbie and Veterinary Surgeon Shona Hingston are both lying 2 faced murders and i will not stop in my quest for JUSTICE FOR NELLIE!!!!!

Been using for many years and could not get a more caring vets both Gillingham Road and Forest Hall are great. Have say Judith is by far the best vet with Kerry being best Nurse.

Disgusted that a Vet named Rachel Yost is refusing a dying cat his medication, I have chosen to give him palliative care at home and he is comfortable, however he will now have discomfort no thanks to this Vet, how does she have the right to do this, she doesn't and I am appalled! I want to add that the staff on the counter are lovely, and have no problem with them, but I will be putting in a high level complaint about.

I cannot thank the staff enough for all your help, with what i can only describe as a horrendous time. On Wednesday my lovely Cat Buster had to have a leg amputated, the staff reassured me and made the decision easier, as I was worried about the quality of life my Buster would have only having 3 legs. I would also like to thank the receptionist's who are very friendly and always helpful. Buster still has a long journey ahead of him, but with the support from First Vets I know he will make a full recovery. Thanks again Laura (P.S sorry for all the crying).
