Horrible from start to finish of Rolys op. Staff didn't have a clue what they were doing/talking about. Had me overdosing my pup. He's still blue from what they washed him with. Even though everyone I talk too has never heard of blue wash. It was 5/6 weeks ago. I have washed him and he's been to parlour to be washed. It's still there. They gave me wrong body suit size so by time I got home he was straight at stitches. Once I am done with pet club I'm leaving this badly run practice. I would like an email address or address so I can put in a formal complaint.

Thank you to the vets at MFV for neutering my kittens yesterday. As a nervous "mother" I was treated wonderfully by the vets and nurses, everything was explained fully but not patronisingly, I was made aware of any changes to the plan, was called immediately after my cats were awake and was able to pick them up shortly after. Admission and discharge were both very efficiently done, and the phone call I received this morning to check they were ok was a lovely touch. Fantastic helpful staff who are obviously VERY good at their job. I couldn't take my pets anywhere else and be as confident that they are in such safe hands. Thank you.

Absolutely fabulous. My little rat decided to pull out his stitches repeatedly and they worked hard to help him and didn't give up! The little naughty is now fine. They are not only professional but genuinely care about the animals. Definitely worth their fees which are very reasonable. All of my animals will always be going here.
