2nd shabby and unhelpful response from this company, I had a very poorly hen who I believed was suffering and needed to be euthanised, I explained this to the receptionist who informed me there was no appointments available, Which is fair enough but I would have liked to have thought given the circumstances they could have fitted me in as an emergency to put the pet out of its suffering, so much for the caring profession. I was told to ring an emergency vet. The hen passed away not long after so is at peace now with no thanks to these vets. I run my own pet care business and would go over and beyond the call of duty to assist any pet/person in need, I shall not be recommending your practice to any of my clients. Read Less
