I got pet rabbits when I was around 13, and today I lost one of my girls. They’d been in my life for 8 years, and I am devastated and she is going to be a huge miss. The staff at the Salters branch of Westways were absolutely lovely. The receptionist was lovely and comforting and very validating and understanding of my pain and upset, as well as locking the door and keeping the place quiet for me to say a proper goodbye and the vet’s there handled her with great care and was gentle with her, and was very reassuring of the decision and definitely was interested in the rabbits welfare. Thanks to the staff at the branch for a respectful service to try make her last minutes peaceful and as loving as possible. Read Less
