Me and my partner had to have our beautiful three year old rat euthanized at the weekend. The vets and staff at Firstvets are so understanding and patient at such a hard time and sent us a handwritten card afterwards to express their sympathy for us. This was an extremely kind gesture that I cannot thank them enough for.

I have nothing but great things to say about the care me and my dog have received from the Heaton branch. My dog has recently had TPLO surgery due to a ruptured cruciate ligament and is now on the road to recovery. From the fab girls on reception putting up with my constant calls on the day of the surgery to Andy and Nick doing the surgery and being there to put my mind at rest on his healing progress. Can’t thank you all enough and once he is allowed to run around again, I’m sure Lennon will be very grateful

Disgusted that a Vet named Rachel Yost is refusing a dying cat his medication, I have chosen to give him palliative care at home and he is comfortable, however he will now have discomfort no thanks to this Vet, how does she have the right to do this, she doesn't and I am appalled! I want to add that the staff on the counter are lovely, and have no problem with them, but I will be putting in a high level complaint about.

I cannot thank the staff enough for all your help, with what i can only describe as a horrendous time. On Wednesday my lovely Cat Buster had to have a leg amputated, the staff reassured me and made the decision easier, as I was worried about the quality of life my Buster would have only having 3 legs. I would also like to thank the receptionist's who are very friendly and always helpful. Buster still has a long journey ahead of him, but with the support from First Vets I know he will make a full recovery. Thanks again Laura (P.S sorry for all the crying).

Remus and I had a great first visit to the vets! He was a charmer (as I knew he would be..!) and he got spoilt rotten with kisses and cuddles. Thanks to everyone for making our first visit so pleasant! See you in a fortnight!

Disgusted that a Vet named Rachel Yost is refusing a dying cat his medication, I have chosen to give him palliative care at home and he is comfortable, however he will now have discomfort no thanks to this Vet, how does she have the right to do this, she doesn't and I am appalled! I want to add that the staff on the counter are lovely, and have no problem with them, but I will be putting in a high level complaint about.

I cannot thank the staff enough for all your help, with what i can only describe as a horrendous time. On Wednesday my lovely Cat Buster had to have a leg amputated, the staff reassured me and made the decision easier, as I was worried about the quality of life my Buster would have only having 3 legs. I would also like to thank the receptionist's who are very friendly and always helpful. Buster still has a long journey ahead of him, but with the support from First Vets I know he will make a full recovery. Thanks again Laura (P.S sorry for all the crying).
