The staff are so friendly and helpful. My little dog is on a reduction diet (as a rescue dog I'm afraid we've spoilt him a bit!) and with their help and advise he's losing weight nicely. He's a little way to go but I know I can pop in and get him weighed and speak to the nurse if I have any questions. Great vet practice, thank you.

We were on holiday and our dog broke a dew claw. We looked for the nearest vets. They were all very friendly and helpful. However we were asked to go back for a check up. We could see it was OK and I...
We were on holiday and our dog broke a dew claw. We looked for the nearest vets. They were all very friendly and helpful. However we were asked to go back for a check up. We could see it was OK and I wished we hadn't bothered as they charged us 27 to just look at it!!! I would have expected the follow up appointment to have been included in the first consultation which they charged us 58 for and all they did was rip the broken dew claw off and bandaged it. Not happy that we came away nearly 90 lighter. Think they saw us as an easy money make as we were on holiday and we're at their mercy!

Up until recently Ralph had only been an occasional visitor to the mobile vet but following his trauma last week we have spent a lot of time in Hexham meeting the various vets, nursing staff and admin staff all of whom have been fantastic, friendly, kind and caring. I cannot thank them all enough for making what was a horrible time more bearable.

Had to take little Poppy to the emergency vets last night. We were so worried about her, eyes rolling back and shivering I thought she'd been poisoned. Transpires she has tonsillitis, which is common in young dogs apparently. I just want to say Orchard House Vets were fantastic, I got the call back within 2 minutes and seen in 15 mins and this was at 1045pm! Poppy is back to her crazy self thank goodness and thank you Jill X

I would just to thank all the staff at orchard vets for all there help in recent months with r black lab jess. Sadly we had to have her put to sleep yesterday. In particular I would to thank both clinical director / vet Tim Pearson and veterinary nurse Christine Fairbairn who came out to our home to perform the procedure. They were dignified professional and caring, Tim explained what would happen and how long it would take, it was great that they could put jess to rest in a friendly environment keeping her at ease and calm. My wife and I cannot thank them/ you enough

Took my puppy Dalmatian for her first jabs today. Lovely friendly people. Vet made a point of saying hello and asking about my other pets. Receptionist all said help to every pet coming in wether puppy or dog. Very welcoming. The pup enjoyed herself anyway.

The staff are so friendly and helpful. My little dog is on a reduction diet (as a rescue dog I'm afraid we've spoilt him a bit!) and with their help and advise he's losing weight nicely. We were on holiday and our dog broke a dew claw. We looked for the nearest vets. They were all very friendly and helpful. However we were asked to go back for a check up. We could see it was OK and I wished we hadn't bothered as they charged us 27 to just look at it!!! I would have expected the follow up appointment to have been included in the first consultation which they charged us 58 for and all they did was rip the broken dew claw off and bandaged it. Up until recently Ralph had only been an occasional visitor to the mobile vet but following his trauma last week we have spent a lot of time in Hexham meeting the various vets, nursing staff and admin staff all of whom have been fantastic, friendly, kind and caring. I cannot thank them all enough for making what was a horrible time more bearable.
