Honestly an amazing practice. From reception staff to vets, everyone is super friendly and helpful. They have an amazing health scheme that not only helps with vet costs, but also give discounts on the toys they have in stock, too! They always give such attention and care to your pets, and always greet them when you come in. They are caring, considerate and I cannot fault them. The animals are at their heart always. My cat went in for some dental today and she's up and at it as soon as she got home. Neither cat get anxious around them, and don't meow or cry. Read Less

We took our Baxter as usual he was not well but only 4 years old they charged us over 100 pounds for treatment he died in my arms 2 days later when I told them all I got was a short message back which was blunt and direct when I informed them with our other dog we would go elsewhere for us as dog lovers it was a horrendous response Read Less
