Could have cost my dog her life! Sent me home with her in labour after stating she was carrying a singleton puppy. Singleton puppies are usually always bigger and dogs (of all breeds) usually require C-sections as natural delivery can have serious complications. They were not prepared at all to do a C-section even though one of their vets during an earlier visit said they would if neccessary. I rang another vets on leaving this practice for a second opinion, they advised me to take my dog to them immediately! Within an hour my dog was having a C-section and had 5 puppies!! (Got that wrong didn't they?!) One of the puppies was already stuck in her birth canal so problems would have occured. If I HAD followed their advice I could have lost my dog and her litter at home! To make matters worse they never even contacted me to see how my dog was and to arrange to check her. My puppies are now 5 weeks old! The problem you have here is you never see the same vet twice and they all have different views. I will never go back or recommend to anyone, appalling! Read Less

Unfortunately had to put the family cat to sleep and even though this is a terrible time the staff here were very supportive. Gave me all the time I needed and we're very compassionate towards myself and the cat. Good opening hours and they even have a cat waiting room away from all other animals to save stress on the animals and even offer towels to cover your carrier again to minimise stress. 10/10 would recommend.
