DO NOT use this veterinary practice unless you want to quite literally hemorrhage money.
I was with them from October - June and was part of their wellness plan (utter joke) paying £15 per month pretty much for worming tablets which I received on one occasion.
I had my Japanese Akita Spey and she had a laceration on one of her legs which needed a small amount of stitches. I paid them nearly £300 at the time for these treatments.
I cancelled the wellness plan as really didn't seem to be getting much out of it (two month ago) and received an e-mail with an invoice asking me to pay a further £143.11!!!! I rang up to ask what this was about?! ....apparently because I cancelled the wellness plan I owed them the discount I had received for the Spey and treatment?!
WHAT!!!!! £450 for Spey and stitches on a small laceration of the leg?!!! .... Of course, they got this wrong and the invoice should have read £53, just like the invoice they tried to give me for tablets to stop her bleeding (had been in heat for 2 month) which we didnt get as decided to Spey her!!

Very helpful and knowledgeable vets, but pricey to go with it. However, it's just bearable. Unfortunately, having to listen to the three receptionists inane chat is unbearable. 🤔
