At Vets4Pets we know your pet is a much loved part of the family and you want them to enjoy a long, healthy life. This is why our veterinary teams, made up of animal loving experts, firmly believe in providing the highest level of care and treating every pet they see like they would their own. Every Vets4Pets practice is equipped with the latest in technology, which means we can offer your pets the personalised care they need. Our practices are also designed to make your pet’s time with us as comfortable as possible; just like kids don’t always like going to the dentist, we know pets don’t always like going to the vets! Our waiting areas are light and spacious (and with floors that can cope with little accidents) and we also have separate dog and cat wards so your pet can recuperate more comfortably after any treatment. Our vets will explain all clinical terms so you fully understand what is happening to your pet and you are fully involved in their treatment plan. This also includes being completely transparent in our pricing, so you can make an informed choice on the treatment that you want your pet to receive. Come and see for yourself at your local Vets4Pets, why not take a practice tour?

Avoid. I discussed with receptionist that my dog had retained testicle and was advised that due to this there would be extra charge which I fully understood and willing. I was told by receptionist on the phone the price due to this was £165. I told the nurse/vet when dropping off again no talk about it being more so Imagine my shock and embarrassment when I took the money to pay for it and they decided that they wanted to add £45 more when I was told it was £165 due to the extra work. I was told when I went to collect him only they wanted £210 for the surgery Read Less

They killed 2 out of 3 pups by vaccinating them before the required weight and chipping them at the same time. Put the poor things into shock and killed them. Horrendous

Avoid like the plague.....
I had taken my kitten in because I was concerned because he was lethargic & slept an awful lot...
On the 23rd October I took him to VetsForPets so they could have a look at him, The veterinarian in question dealt with him & weighed him, checked his breathing, told me he had a chest infection & he was far to small for his age ( he was the runt of the litter ) all the vet was interested in was how much money he could get out of me & I asked how much would it cost to keep him in for the day as he said they didn't offer a emergency out of hours help...He said it would cost me 115 for a few hours, He said if he was to stay in he would have fluids, antibiotics & steroids.... I didn't have the money so I asked a family member who could help me, They still charged me for the consultation.
I took my kitten back to the vets 20 minutes later & asked if they could administer the fluids & antibiotics & I agreed I would syringe feed him at home, The vet told me he gave him antibiotics, steroids & sprayed him with flea spray?! WITH A CHEST INFECTION. (apparent Infection) So I paid the 26 for the treatment, thinking I was helping my kitten. Sadly at 8.15 on the 24th October he died in my arms on the way to another vets...
