My poor little kitty became seriously ill. The Woodlands Vet dealt with his treatment absolutely brilliantly, I didn’t have insurance so they made sure I payed only for what I had to. The support I received was amazing and I mean amazing ( I called every day to check if my kitty’s behaviours are normal) so grateful for what they achieved, they gave him extra life. Little over a week after Lemmys operation he is back to being his normal self. Little rascal. I would definitely recommend Woodlands Veterinary Centre. Brilliant team. Thank you so so much. We have recently started visiting Woodlands Surgery, following recommendations from several people. We took Hank, our English bulldog for treatment at Woodlands and it was nice for our dog to be treated by caring staff who took time to get to know him. They fitted Hank in at short notice for Surgery on his eyes. They were very reassuring and kept us up to date with his progress. My dog Floyd was involved in a hit and run. He couldn't walk we rushed him to woodlands phoning in advanced. All I can say is they were fantastic they had Floyd for 2 hours a treating for shock and checking injurys. We took him in at around half four and we had him home by 18:30. The difference in him within the hour was amazing. I highly recommend this vets. And in all fairness they are very reasonably priced. I've been visiting this surgery for over 10 years now. The staff have always been welcoming and helpful, and my pets have been treated with care and compassion. The costs for me have never been prohibitive but luckily I have never had to pay for anything too expensive. Parking is a bit of an issue in this area, but can usually find somewhere local. Not a good experience for my little dog, Put a muzzle on my dog, without asking my permission, I did not like the response when I was told I could not have the medication, I requested, Hugo has a allergy to grass and a very sensitive stomach, He has been having the same medication for the last two years, A few months ago there was a lovely v.s working at the woodlands vets, who Hugo loved, dogs are very sensitive and can pick up on bad vibes, Hugo was very carm around the previous vet such a shame such a caring v.s had to leave. In my opinion because I would not agree to giving Hugo unnecessary course of injections, Was told he could not have the tablets if I did decide to give the injections, Which I decided not to proceed with, My experience with the v.s Lesley Greenwell, was not professional at all, I will be putting in a complaint, but doubt if anything will be done about it, As the recipient ,did not even no how a complaint would be dealt will, Not professional at all, I will not be going back to Woodlands vets in Bedworth, Mind you I am sure they will not mind, as they were not making enough money out off me, The morale off the story is!!!! If you are not prepared to spends hundreds of pounds , Half of it totally unnecessary, You don't get the service that you deserve. My mum took her dog to this vet x she only had 150 on her to pay x they would not give her the medication for a very sick dog. Her neighbour had to go back with the money straight away to get the medication. My mum was 85 what a sick way to treat an elderly person, who was a regular at this vets for many years.Read Less

Money grabbers. They dont care about animals just want to over charge you for what they can get out of you. AVOID GOING and find other vets nearby. We were quoted over 2k when others were 500 - 700 for a better service. Waiting room is crampt and parking is very bad. The 2 main staff are rude and far from nice to deal with and the other vets are just under paid under qualified minions. Read Less

For many years I have been going to different vets, many reasons of why I not gone back.. But I can honestly say woodland vets Bedworth are the best vets in Coventry, Nuneaton and Bedworth.. There staff are very welcoming and everytime no matter what situation whether big or small they are always willing to help, I have many dogs that come in poorly or injured, Or they need vaccinations, fleaing worming or neutering and every time they are 100-% committed to the dogs..
