On our arrival home last week after been away for Christmas, we found our lovely loyal 10 year old Labrador Jack in a lot of discomfort to his back hind leg, I rang Fishguard vets to see if they could investigate this.Upon arrival I was greeted really warmly by the receptionist where I booked Jack in for consultation, I met with Cathy who took Jack in for an x-ray, unfortunately our little boy was diagnosed with an aggressive bone cancer , we were totally devastated, Cathy w...as so helpful and sympathetic towards ours and Jacks needs she has restored my faith in vets as most now a days are only there to make money. I would highly recommend this practice. Unfortunately Jack was laid to rest but this positive vet and experience made it a tad bit easier for us to say goodbye.. Thank you all for your kindness and keep up the excellent work..Go raibh mile maith agat x See More

Thought I would share some positivity this morning. After taking Princess on her morning walk today, I noticed that she seemed in distress when she got home, it looked like she had something stuck in her throat. I panicked a little then put her in the car and drove straight to our vets In Fishguard. I know it's 15 miles away from home but we have always used Fishguard because of their caring service and value. She was seen straight away and had the obstruction removed within a minute, the vet was so concerned and so caring she put us at ease immediately. I just wanted to say a big big thank you.

Brilliant, especially with the new building. That was previously the only negative I could find but now everything from receptionist, waiting area, consultations, knowledge, surgery, after care is first class. Finally value for money puts FVS above everyone else.

Thought I would share some positivity this morning. After taking Princess on her morning walk today, I noticed that she seemed in distress when she got home, it looked like she had something stuck in her throat.
