Had an out of ours appointment (Sunday afternoon at 12.30ish) were told £100 call out fee plus additional costs for any treatment as the vet had to get there. Our cat was very sick so we didn't want him suffering until the following day, when we got there, the vet was already there with other patients!!! We paid £100 just to get her there from home....what the hell, so minimum of 3 families paying £100 EACH call out fee for a Sunday afternoon, not middle of the night was it, not full of confidence with ability to care for him......DISGUSTING, LOST A VERY GOOD CUSTOMER WITH US FENTON!! I took my two tortoises to Fenton vets on 4/8/17 to see Lance (who is an excellent exotic animal vet) my torts suffer from mycoplasma (runny nose syndrome) I've been using Fentons and giving my torts ... Read More
I took my two tortoises to Fenton vets on 4/8/17 to see Lance (who is an excellent exotic animal vet) my torts suffer from mycoplasma (runny nose syndrome) I've been using Fentons and giving my torts these injections for the last 7 years, It costs around £80 a go for consultation and the injections. Today I paid for the injections and when I went back to collect them they wanted another £15 for drawing the injections up, WHAT THE HELL!!! What are the nurses paid to do? if they don't want to do the job don't moan about it in front of all the customers..try and get a job elsewhere where you don't have to do anything. IVE NEVER BEEN ASKED FOR THIS EXTRA MONEY BEFORE AND REFUSED TO PAY IT!!! IM VERY DISSAPOINTED IN YOU FENTON VETS! It gets better..... Got a phone call today 6/10/17 that repeat meds would be ready for me to pick up this afternoon, Drove all the way from the other side of Narberth to pick up meds to be told they haven't been prepared because there was still a question mark about a fee for drawing the injections up again. The manager was unavailable. So not only have they wasted my time and fuel, I now have 2 tortoises with mycoplasma and no medication, BRILLIANT!!!!!!! Read Less

I took my two tortoises to Fenton vets on 4/8/17 to see Lance (who is an excellent exotic animal vet) my torts suffer from mycoplasma (runny nose syndrome) I've been using Fentons and giving my torts these injections for the last 7 years,It costs around £80 a go for consultation and the injections.Today I paid for the injections and when I went back to collect them they wanted another £15 for drawing the injections up, WHAT THE HELL!!!What are the nurses paid to do? if they don't want to do the job don't moan about it in front of all the customers..try and get a job elsewhere where you don't have to do anything.IVE NEVER BEEN ASKED FOR THIS EXTRA MONEY BEFORE AND REFUSED TO PAY IT!!!IM VERY DISSAPOINTED IN YOU FENTON VETS!It gets better.....Got a phone call today 6/10/17 that repeat meds would be ready for me to pick up this afternoon,Drove all the way from the other side of Narberth to pick up meds to be told they haven't been prepared because there was still a question mark about a fee for drawing the injections up again.The manager was unavailable.So not only have they wasted my time and fuel, I now have 2 tortoises with mycoplasma and no medication,BRILLIANT!!!!!!! Cannot thank Liza and all the Vet nurses enough who were my main support when Robbie was diagnosed with diabetes.
