Excellent vets, friendly and thorough. Our dog became ill on holiday and needed to be admitted for tests and treatment. We recieved great, professional service from the vets and the nurses, at a reasonable cost. Highly recommended anyone holidaying in the area with a pet make a note of their contact information.

Had an out of ours appointment (Sunday afternoon at 12.30ish) were told £100 call out fee plus additional costs for any treatment as the vet had to get there. Our cat was very sick so we didn't want him suffering until the following day, when we got there, the vet was already there with other patients!!! We paid £100 just to get her there from home....what the hell, so minimum of 3 families paying £100 EACH call out fee for a Sunday afternoon, not middle of the night was it, not full of confidence with ability to care for him......DISGUSTING, LOST A VERY GOOD CUSTOMER WITH US FENTON!!

I took my two tortoises to Fenton vets on 4/8/17 to see Lance (who is an excellent exotic animal vet) my torts suffer from mycoplasma (runny nose syndrome) I've been using Fentons and giving my torts ...
I took my two tortoises to Fenton vets on 4/8/17 to see Lance (who is an excellent exotic animal vet) my torts suffer from mycoplasma (runny nose syndrome) I've been using Fentons and giving my torts these injections for the last 7 years,
It costs around £80 a go for consultation and the injections.
Today I paid for the injections and when I went back to collect them they wanted another £15 for drawing the injections up,
WHAT THE HELL!!!
What are the nurses paid to do? if they don't want to do the job don't moan about it in front of all the customers..try and get a job elsewhere where you don't have to do anything.
IVE NEVER BEEN ASKED FOR THIS EXTRA MONEY BEFORE AND REFUSED TO PAY IT!!!
IM VERY DISSAPOINTED IN YOU FENTON VETS!
It gets better.....
Got a phone call today 6/10/17 that repeat meds would be ready for me to pick up this afternoon,
Drove all the way from the other side of Narberth to pick up meds to be told they haven't been prepared because there was still a question mark about a fee for drawing the injections up again.
The manager was unavailable.
So not only have they wasted my time and fuel, I now have 2 tortoises with mycoplasma and no medication,
BRILLIANT!!!!!!!

My beautiful dog was put to sleep at home and they were so compassionate and caring from start to finish - wouldn't let us pay them either! A week later we received a handwritten card from them sharing their condolences, just goes to show how much they care! They made the whole process so much easier to bare. Thank you so much!

I would like to say a massive thank you following the death of my Robbie on 28th December. Throughout his time with Fenton Vets he was looked after brilliantly. Cannot thank Liza and all the Vet nurses enough who were my main support when Robbie was diagnosed with diabetes. I was extremely lucky to have Robbie for over 16 years, so another big thank you to Jacky, Fran and Alice in the way you dealt with him during his last few days. Many thanks to all the receptionists who I have got to know over the years, your support is so vital to me and other pet owners. Sara thanks for the shoulder to cry on.

Would like to thank the wonderful staff at Fenton vets for their amazing service this week. My beautiful dog was put to sleep at home and they were so compassionate and caring from start to finish - wouldn't let us pay them either! A week later we received a handwritten card from them sharing their condolences, just goes to show how much they care! They made the whole process so much easier to bare. Thank you so much!

I would like to say a massive thank you following the death of my Robbie on 28th December. Throughout his time with Fenton Vets he was looked after brilliantly. Cannot thank Liza and all the Vet nurses enough who were my main support when Robbie was diagnosed with diabetes. I was extremely lucky to have Robbie for over 16 years, so another big thank you to Jacky, Fran and Alice in the way you dealt with him during his last few days. Many thanks to all the receptionists who I have got to know over the years, your support is so vital to me and other pet owners. Sara thanks for the shoulder to cry on.

Used Fenton's in Pembroke Dock and the staff are very polite and caring and Shaun and vet is also very polite, explained everything careful, was kind and very gentle with our dog, highly recommend.

I recently moved to the Pembroke Dock branches and the vet nurse was amazing. My little yorkie had become extremely nervous of the vets thanks to being rushed but this vet nurse seemed to have all the time in the world to help her realise it was a nice place. Along way to go but can not thank them enough for helping her become more comfortable.
