As for treatment and professionalism forget it you will be better off treating your pet ypurself rather than give these money hungry uncaring clowns your money. Avoid at all costs!

We transferred to this Practice after a misdiagnosis by a previous vet. We had two dogs aged 12 and 13, both of whom we have sadly lost in the past three weeks, the latest just yesterday. From my firs...
We transferred to this Practice after a misdiagnosis by a previous vet. We had two dogs aged 12 and 13, both of whom we have sadly lost in the past three weeks, the latest just yesterday. From my first dealings with the practice they have shown the utmost of professionalism, empthay, knowledge and gave us much needed trust back in the profession. Their level of service was exceptional answered facebook at all times of day and night even weekends, phonecalls at night, came out of meetings when we needed to speak to the vet the most. The team at the practice is very committed and professional and every member of that team shows the same level of commitment to their work and empathy with their clients both 4 and 2 legged. I have truly never seen such a committed team at any vets I have ever visited before. A special mention to Zephanie, who has helped me through such a difficult few months, she is a credit to the profession and a truly remarkable vet an absolute credit to her profession We do not plan to replace our boys with new pets as simply they can never be replaced and the pain of their loss is too great, however I would certainly recommend this practice as they are over and above as a team a practice and a profession. Thank you sincerely from Rebecca, Simon and of course our beloved boys Zeus and Sam xxx

Very clean and friendly welcome. Staff were lovely and the treatment my pooch received was really good. My shar pei had surgery on Friday on her eyes bearing in mind I had only rung on Thursday for an appointment. Didn't expect to get in as quick as what I did. She spent most day there on Friday and was very well looked after. Thank you so much to Rachel the vet for sorting Kiki's eyes out she very happy that she is painfree and can see again! Would 100000% recommend anyone to take their animals here! Xx

when they first opened the new hospital they had 4 vets on each shift everything was efficient and a pleasant experience...as for there's only 1 vet available , my friend's cat got involved in a rta h...
when they first opened the new hospital they had 4 vets on each shift everything was efficient and a pleasant experience...as for there's only 1 vet available , my friend's cat got involved in a rta he was hurt bad and they made her wait in the waiting room for 2 1/2hrs before they finally let her see the vet ...I myself have gone there and had to wait 35 mins waiting to pay even though there was 6 people behind reception chatting and laughing with each other

They are the best vets in the area from the reception staff Jennifer has to have a special mention she is wonderful, so kind and thoughtful. I've been using these vets for over 20 years, they treated all my dogs and continue to do so. Thank you for their dedicated care, attention and amazing skills. Day or night they are there 24hrs a day.

Absolutely fantastic with all 4 of my cats and dog... twice my big boy been hospitalised for a week at a time with urinary problems and both times they be fab with him and he still visits once a month...

We transferred to this Practice after a misdiagnosis by a previous vet. We had two dogs aged 12 and 13, both of whom we have sadly lost in the past three weeks, the latest just yesterday. Very clean and friendly welcome. Staff were lovely and the treatment my pooch received was really good. My shar pei had surgery on Friday on her eyes bearing in mind I had only rung on Thursday for an appointment. Didn't expect to get in as quick as what I did.
