My dog is epileptic, I have had to collect him meds monthly and every 6 months he has to be seen by a vet to have bloods taken. Well for the past 2 months they haven’t had a consistent vet, have given owners no warning, and i was unable to collect his meds without his bloods being taken. No consideration for people who work. No letter to explain situation! What type of vets, don’t have a vet. Then to top it off I got billed for medication I had already paid for therefore I have had to prove that. And when dealing with my complaint the lady on the phone forgot to hang up the phone before she started laughing! Disgusting customer service! Would certainly not recommended and my dog has now been registered with a new vet! Read Less
