So caring and helpful when my poor cat was dying. They did everything they could to help him, kept me informed of all options every step of the way and never once hassled me for payment. They bent over backwards for us both his whole life. When he died the insurance provider refused to pay for one blood test which was paid for but never analysed. my cat was attacked and nearly killed by a lurcher a good samaritan took him to tawe vets in gorseinon who told her that unless she was willing to pay for his treatment they would not help him!! disgusting veterinary surgery , idiotic reception staff and very rude vets. terrible practice Read Less
