Can't thank everyone at Tawe vets enough! Absolutely amazing vets, so caring and understanding. To say I highly recommend them just wouldn't be enough!! Without your patience in helping my little Penny get better I don't know where we would be now. You saved her leg!! She/we got to meet more or less the whole of the Tawe team and each and every one of them were amazing!! Special thank you to Tiago, Louise, Gemma,Fion & Angharad!! She loved coming to see you! Our kitten Rocco has been back and forth to the vets since we had him a few weeks old, he's now 5 months old and healthy. Tawe Vets have been absolutely amazing, always let us know what was happening, what the next steps were and you can tell that they genuinely care about every pet. So caring and helpful when my poor cat was dying. They did everything they could to help him, kept me informed of all options every step of the way and never once hassled me for payment. They bent over backwards for us both his whole life. When he died the insurance provider refused to pay for one blood test which was paid for but never analysed. The vets found out about this before me and immediately refunded the 109 it had cost without me even asking. Lovely vets, nurses and reception staff.
