I have been with this practice for years and havent appreciated until recently how appaling they areDont waste your time or money on a sub-standard cash driven practice that can't identify a blatantly onvious testicular tumour or yeast ear infectionPlus they have staff that are frightened of dogs or dont understand English and unless upu're prepared to pay a fortune for what should be a simple diagnosis you're told to go elsewhere.... this practice is very much buyer beware.....Go to Gower Vets..... they sorted the problem in minutes ..... they are what vets should be

Without your patience in helping my little Penny get better I don't know where we would be now. You saved her leg!! We love, love, love our vet Gemma. She is wonderful with our two girls. Both are rescues and she is so good with them. She always takes the time to answer all our questions. Our Daisy in particular loves her and is alert and wags her bum as soon as she hears her voice before trotting happily into the examining room. It is not just Gemma though all the vets are great, and not forgetting the fabulous nurses Gemma, Hannah, and Rhian (apologies if we have left anyone out as we couldn€t remember all your names). I highly recommend this practice.

So caring and helpful when my poor cat was dying. They did everything they could to help him, kept me informed of all options every step of the way and never once hassled me for payment. They bent ove...
So caring and helpful when my poor cat was dying. They did everything they could to help him, kept me informed of all options every step of the way and never once hassled me for payment. They bent over backwards for us both his whole life. When he died the insurance provider refused to pay for one blood test which was paid for but never analysed. The vets found out about this before me and immediately refunded the 109 it had cost without me even asking. Lovely vets, nurses and reception staff.

Had to take my poor kitty in after an abscess caused by a bite burst on his chest and he was left with a nasty wound.
The staff were fantastic with him (he hates the vets and was terrified) and also ...
Had to take my poor kitty in after an abscess caused by a bite burst on his chest and he was left with a nasty wound.
The staff were fantastic with him (he hates the vets and was terrified) and also very friendly and you can tell they really care about your pets welfare. I also feel the price I paid for their services was incredibly reasonable.
Domino is now on the mend and I can stop worrying now!
Would definitely recommend these guys :)
