Service is always friendly and they are quick to call back if we leave a message. We only have one cat, so we arent in there all of the time but when we do go in, we get treated like regulars, the vets and nurses remember the pets and their medical history. They are also great at providing information for our insurance claims- they usually let us pay at the end of any treatment plan once our insurance has been reimbursed to us.
Even if i moved out of the area, i would still come back here, i genuinely feel my pet couldnt be in safer hands. They also have a better equipped facility in Tamworth where our cat had to have a weekend stay after he ate lillies. They let us visit him and bring him toys, they really understand pet owners.
