Was old by a member of staff that there was no minimum contract on the pet plan. Therefore I imagined I could opt out at any point. Called vets to cancel the plan to be told I either need to pay for discounts or continue plan until a year has passed. I was called a liar multiple times by the 'manager' as she said a member of staff wouldn't have told me that. Threatened debt collectors. Upon this, I have taken pet to them they had run 'tests' without mention of prices for me to be billed over 100 at the end. Terrible customer service and people skills. Money comes first. Read Less

On multiple occasions I have been left waiting for in excess of 30 minutes past my appointment time because of staff incompetence, with merely an apology as an explanation. Aswell as this when I went to have my dog vaccinated I was told to come back in a few weeks for a booster injection, about a month later I called and was told I had to have booked the appointment exactly 4 weeks to the day from the first vaccination. Appalling service from this vets, we have been loyal customers for the last 3 year and spent a lot of money however today I was speechless at vet Dr Alla's service. We are part of the monthly direct debit pet plan and get regular injections for our dog. They have recently changed the vaccination to which our dog had a serve allergic reaction. They had the audacity to charge my other half for the medication to treat his allergic reaction. When I called and spoke with the vets, Dr Alla shouted at me and told me "it's not her fault our dog was awkward and had a reaction to the booster shot". I will be changing vets as this is not the customer service I expect, for a professional to shout at and be so rude. it's not about the 42 charge but the principal. I am fed up of my cats medication being refused when they say she needs a blood test and I don't have the money for her medication and the blood test at the same time. Also depending on which vet she sees they try to get me to spend even more money on tests every time she has a check up. I have used these ever since she was a kitten 14 years ago but they have gotten worse the last 12 months or so it all appears to be about making money not looking after oets welfare anymore. Our ten week old kitten hurt her shoulder, was quiet and not eating or drinking. I booked an appointment at 12.30 for 5.45 but was contacted by the surgery about an hour later with an invitation to bring her in early because of her age. We did, were "fitted in" very quickly, received effective treatment: an analgesic injection which made her comfortable enough to start eating and drinking,and an arrangement to return the following day for oral analgesia or to arrange hospitalisation to maintain hydration/nutrition. On top of that the vet herself (June Choi) called us at 7.30 pm to check on her progress. Excellent, friendly professional service that went a little above and beyond. Read Less

shameless liars take my two dogs to put microchip. they said are already in place. Said I had to call to activate the microchip . I call to activate, they said they had given a false code. I went to another vet clinic they confirmed. none of my dogs had implanted microchip. when I went to ask for explanations. They knew not to say Read Less

My mums used these for years they was brilliant with my mums dog Sam who went blind and had diabetes he was put to sleep here 3 years ago now and we still used them for my mums new dog tiny Tim :) brilliant and I'd recommend this vets to anyone x Read Less
