I had a very positive experience with the vet and receptionists. 1st time pet owner, I found them to be so kind and gentle with my animals. They answered my questions clearly. Very clean and tidy waiting area/examination room. You can use debit/credit cards as well as cash, good range of products that they dont try and ram down your throat, either! It wasn't what I expected, so I was pleasantly surprised. Great vets, I recommend them 100%.

I have lived in Bilston for thirteen years and have had guinea pigs and two staffies in that time,none of which were the easiest ,though loving but had issues. Steve is an amazing vet. He gives honest advice and doesn't carry out , as some do...unnecessary treatments for a poor end result. Costing hundreds and inflicting pain for no gain!! Great and professional service..always friendly and advise the best course of action in what can be a difficult situation and decision making process!. When my very loved staff Holly passed away they advised me throughout and helped me make that final awful choice . I now have a new rescue. Lexi who they are amazing with also. Big thanks to the amazing Steve mullender and his fantastic support team. Go register with these guys. They are in the words of Tina Turner....simply the best!!
